Key Responsibilities: Lead operations across five clinical departments
Coordinate staffing and clinical workflows
Resolve operational issues with site leaders
Elevate patient care concerns when necessary
Drive change management and team development
Requirements: Active CARNA registration and practice permit
Five years of nursing experience
Recent acute care leadership experience
Five years of recent clinical experience
Progressive healthcare leadership and communication skills
