Key Responsibilities: Oversee external adjusters handling outsourced Accident Benefits claims
Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to high complexity claims




Manage challenging coverage claims professionally and tactfully
Maintain accurate reserves under corporate protocols and guidelines
Participate in mediations, pre-trials, and settlement conferences
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
CIP designation or progress toward designation
Three to five years handling casualty claims
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
