As Merchandise Manager, assist the Store Manager with Standard Operating Procedures, company programs, and operational compliance. Lead truck processing, SISO routines, planogram execution, visual merchandising, and inventory control. Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage while maintaining service standards, operational continuity, and team accountability across store conditions and results.
Key Responsibilities: Lead truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to sales floor

Maintain visual standards, backroom organization, and floor recovery
Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, ASN receiving, and damages
Requirements: Three or more years of retail leadership experience
Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders or step stools
Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
