As a Finance Manager, you will advise CFOs across multinationals, mid-market organisations, and start-ups. You will shape finance operating models, improve planning and analysis, and implement finance technologies. The work combines client relationships, commercial insights, project delivery, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Design target finance operating models for client organisations
Improve closing, consolidation, and reporting cycles through technology
Optimise budgeting and forecasting processes for better decisions
Lead project execution from scope through final report delivery




Coach junior team members and support their development
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering, or computer science
Postgraduate degree or qualified designation such as MBA or CPA
Minimum eight years’ industry or recognised consulting experience
At least five years of consulting experience
Fluency in written and spoken English
