As Health and Safety Manager, you will provide strategic direction, governance, and hands-on leadership across Canadian divisions. You will standardize programs, advise senior leadership, oversee risks and incidents, and support division-level safety personnel. The work spans field safety, training, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in occupational health and safety
Minimum eight years of progressive health and safety experience
Experience supporting multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
Experience with risk assessments, audits, and investigations
CRSP, CRST, CHSC, or relevant designation considered an asset
