As Associate Director, you will lead the Process Engineering practice within Data and Technology. You will guide a team while transforming processes across Investments, Corporate, and Real Estate. The work connects process discovery, future-state design, automation, analytics, and technology delivery.

Experience leading complex cross-functional process analysis and future-state design

Experience coaching Process Engineers or comparable professionals
Strong strategic, communication, judgment, and prioritization skills
