Key Responsibilities: Design and evolve the architecture of AI agents
Deliver production systems from API through database
Measure performance and test every system change
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior profiles
Contribute to technical and product decisions with founders
Requirements: At least five years of development experience
Several AI projects completed during development experience
Production experience shipping and maintaining AI agents
Ability to evaluate and improve LLM system reliability
French and English communication skills
Bring Python, TypeScript, Google ADK, and AI reliability expertise to a hybrid Montreal legaltech project.
