Reporting to the President and CEO, this executive leadership role combines financial acumen with strategic curiosity, sound judgment, and cooperative influence. You will advise the Board and executive team, strengthen Finance as a strategic business partner, and support sustainable growth. The mandate includes funding models, digital transformation, AI-enabled opportunities, partnerships, investment stewardship, and strategic investments.

Advise the President, CEO, Board, and executive leadership team
Evaluate funding models, partnerships, investments, and growth opportunities




Build Finance capabilities and enterprise-wide strategic partnerships
Engage funders, government, healthcare partners, and sector colleagues
Requirements: Recognized professional accounting designation, ideally CPA
Significant progressive senior financial leadership experience
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
Investment management and Board-level investment governance experience
Strategic capability navigating complex funding environments
