Lead Entain’s Canadian casino performance through commercial strategy, analytics, content, promotions, and customer experience. This Toronto-based role offers hybrid working.
As Canada Casino Manager, you will own the casino proposition across Entain’s Canadian brands. You will translate gaming strategy into measurable market plans while working with local teams, central functions, suppliers, and senior stakeholders. The role covers acquisition, engagement, retention, content, promotions, and customer value.
Key Responsibilities: Own Canada’s day-to-day casino performance and commercial plan
Monitor UAPs, APDs, turnover, GGR, NGR, and retention
Identify performance opportunities, risks, and corrective actions
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly casino plans




Provide performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements: Experience in online casino, gaming, sportsbook, or digital gaming
Robust commercial and analytical mindset using data for decisions
Understanding of casino products, content, suppliers, and promotions
Experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of the Canadian gaming market is advantageous
Use casino analytics, commercial planning, and customer insight to grow Entain’s locally relevant Canadian brands.
