As a Senior Operator, you will lead complex wastewater activities affecting water quality and public health. You will analyze site conditions, apply regulatory information, and coordinate work with intermediate and junior operators. The position supports repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance across the wastewater collection system.
Key Responsibilities: Perform wastewater system operations, maintenance, and repairs
Assess risks, impacts, safety, dependencies, and resourcing
Plan, organize, and delegate maintenance activities
Ensure work follows standards, regulations, and best practices




Coach operators and report crew development to supervisors
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
Level 2 Wastewater Operator Certification or equivalent
At least 6 years related wastewater and stormwater experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's License with required record
Software and desktop or remote device proficiency
