As Program Operations Manager, you will direct patient care services and unit performance within the Family Birthing Centre. The position combines operational, financial, and human resource leadership with staff scheduling, policy compliance, and program development. You will foster interdisciplinary collaboration while supporting best practices and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop patient care standards with the Patient Care Team
Monitor operations, goals, and patient care outcomes
Resolve identified patient care issues collaboratively




Analyze management reports and investigate budget variances
Keep staff informed about policies and procedures
Requirements: College of Nurses of Ontario registration currently required
Bachelor’s Nursing degree required for this position
Master’s Nursing degree preferred
Five years of current relevant clinical experience minimum
Administration experience preferred or relevant administration learning activity
Use clinical leadership, operational oversight, and financial management skills to support Family Birthing Centre performance and patient care.
