Position : Business Development Manager Location : Southwestern Ontario (travel required)

Overview : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for New Orleans Pizza to support and grow our franchise network. This role focuses on field operations, franchisee coaching, sales growth, and ensuring brand standards are consistently executed across locations.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct regular store visits to support franchisees and ensure QSC standards
Drive sales performance through coaching, execution, and local initiatives
Support new store openings, renovations, and franchise transitions
Ensure compliance with operational standards, programs, and promotions
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Training, and Head Office teams
Identify prospects for improvement and follow through on action plans
Travel within Ontario as required

Qualifications :
Experience in franchise operations, multi-unit retail, or QSR preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills




Ability to work independently and manage a travel-based schedule
Results-driven with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Compensation & Advantages :
Base salary : $55,000
Total compensation range : $55,000 - $62,500
Car allowance included :

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,500.00 per year
