The Account Manager Customer Service responds to inquiries and concerns while prioritizing client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing season ticket and game packs, conducting outbound calls, and maintaining positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer questions, requests, concerns, and feedback within 24 business hours
Manage inbound emails and calls using FAQs and problem solving
Maintain Season Ticket Member relationships through multiple channels




Lead annual Season Ticket Member renewal campaign execution
Track relationships and touchpoints using CRM tools

Requirements:
Minimum one to two years of customer service experience
Exceptional telephone manner and positive attitude
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft platform skills considered an asset
