Work onsite Monday through Thursday, with adaptable Fridays.As a Senior Project Developer, you will support Trane’s Energy Solutions team in acquiring and executing design-build turnkey and energy performance contracting projects. The work combines project management, technical expertise, and sales acumen. You will develop scopes, cost estimates, savings analyses, proposals, and customer-facing financials for projects typically ranging from $2 million to $20 million. Collaboration includes sales leaders, engineers, project managers, technicians, customers, consultants, and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering strongly preferredMinimum 10 years in energy or HVAC design or contractingProject management and cross-functional leadership skillsStrong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction knowledgeProficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and design softwareApply project leadership, HVAC expertise, and energy savings analysis to advance Trane Technologies’ Energy Solutions projects.
