Locations include Redwood City, San Diego, Denver, Phoenix, and Austin.This Sourcing Manager will develop strategies for mission-critical infrastructure supporting AI factories and advanced data center programs. The work covers supplier selection, contract execution, category planning, and supply continuity. You will coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, logistics, procurement, and project teams.Key Responsibilities:
Develop sourcing strategies for switchgear, transformers, UPS, busway, and related equipmentLead supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and long-term category planningManage relationships and performance across quality, cost, delivery, and capacityCoordinate manufacturing readiness, logistics, production schedules,



and capacity planningIdentify commercial and operational risks affecting availability and project schedulesRequirements:
At least seven years of skilled experienceBachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related fieldFive-plus years in category management, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operationsStrong negotiation, supplier relationship, contract management, and analytical skillsWillingness to travel domestically and internationally to supplier and project locationsApply electrical equipment sourcing, supplier leadership, and supply continuity expertise to SB Energy’s mission-critical infrastructure programs.
