Lead SkyCan's production ramp with aerospace manufacturing, facility stand-up, and full time presence at the Central Ontario facility. Periodic travel is required.As Head of Manufacturing, you will own SkyCan's manufacturing organization from design release through delivery and sustainment. You will establish production, transfer technology, and scale low-rate initial production to full rate. Accountability includes cost, quality, and on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the brownfield retrofit of SkyCan's Central Ontario facilityTransfer kit-based assembly toward fully Canadian-built unitsLead NPI, DFM feedback, and production-rate scalingOwn production, AS9100 quality, inspection, testing, and CAPABuild teams, supply chains, facilities,



and sustainment operationsRequirements:
12+ years manufacturing leadership in aerospace, defence, or automotiveExperience industrializing facilities and managing rate productionManufacturing budget, COGS, and gross-margin accountabilityBachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related fieldCGP eligibility and Government of Canada Secret clearance eligibilityApply manufacturing leadership, production planning, aerospace quality, and operational scaling expertise to SkyCan's Central Ontario facility.
