The role covers asphalt and aggregate operations, including production, RAP qualification, and acceptance criteria. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Technology, or Materials ScienceFive years of progressively responsible asphalt or aggregate QC experienceTwo years of team leadership experienceKnowledge of Marshall/Superpave, OPSS/MTO, LS, ASTM, and AASHTOValid driver’s licence and regular GTA travel availabilityApply asphalt production, laboratory leadership, and technical risk expertise while guiding quality across GTA operations and project sites.
