Coordinate Seaboard fleet maintenance in North York while using communication and problem-solving skills during a 2/2/3 night rotation. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will connect Shop Managers, Operations, Drivers, vendors, and internal teams. You will support maintenance operations, respond to breakdowns, and help keep equipment road-ready. The schedule runs from 7:00pm to 7:00am. Key Responsibilities: Support daily maintenance operations and approve purchase order requests Coordinate timely, cost-effective repairs after equipment breakdowns Communicate with Shop Managers, Operations, and Drivers Monitor maintenance budgets and standards compliance Perform nightly yard checks and report findings Requirements: Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or related fields Strong organizational and problem-solving skills focused on efficiency Advanced Outlook and Excel computer skills Confidence making independent decisions under pressure Transportation or logistics experience is an asset Bring organized coordination, advanced computer skills, and transparent communication to Seaboard’s overnight fleet maintenance operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
