As Product Manager, you will operate one to two cycles ahead while remaining accountable for outcomes. You will own the product vision, roadmap, business case, impact model, costs, and ROI. The autonomous team holds Product Owner responsibilities, while you steer priorities and execution. Your work supports practical solutions for Canadian entrepreneurs and BDC’s priorities.

Build and update impact, cost, and ROI models
Develop, own, and communicate product vision and roadmap
Prioritize value across vision and BDC priorities
Negotiate scope,



funding, and scheduling decisions
Requirements: Product management experience or relevant education and experience
In-depth composable architecture and integration knowledge
Hands-on experience with agents and large language models
Understanding of commercial banking and client ecosystems
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
