This Quality Manager role guides continual improvement of the QNX QMS and CSMS toward certification objectives. You will advise engineering teams, strengthen processes, and support quality governance across product lifecycles. The work spans audits, standards interpretation, compliance evidence, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities: Improve QNX quality and cybersecurity management systems
Drive quality initiatives across engineering and product development
Identify compliance gaps and corrective actions
Maintain traceability and compliance evidence packages




Advise teams on standards and certification requirements
Requirements: Four to seven years in embedded software environments
Experience with ISO 9001 or related standards
Embedded software, quality, audit, or process engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
Solid stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Apply quality systems leadership, embedded software knowledge, and standards expertise to strengthen QNX compliance and certification readiness.
