As an experienced Project Manager, you will manage building and infrastructure projects valued from $20 million to over $1 billion. You will work within the Building Operations team and contribute directly to project delivery. The position requires security clearance eligibility and solid construction leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead project procurement and execution activities
Plan schedules, estimates, forecasts, and project budgets
Mentor and monitor internal project teams
Manage bidding, contracts, costs, payments, and finances
Coordinate plans, specifications, clients,



contractors, and subtrades
Requirements: At least five years managing construction projects
Education in civil or construction engineering, or relevant program
Knowledge of methodologies, financial management, building codes, and legislation
Proven project leadership and team collaboration record
Experience with government projects requiring security clearances
Bring construction leadership, financial management, and stakeholder relationship skills to major Pomerleau projects across building operations.
