You will oversee store operations, lead assistant store leaders, team leads, and advisors, and partner with business areas and vendors. The position focuses on coaching teams, improving customer experiences, and delivering revenue results.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the Best Buy store
Lead assistant store leaders, team leads, and advisors
Coach teams toward customer and product solutions
Monitor revenue, merchandising, inventory, and safety KPIs
Maintain a healthy profit and loss
Requirements: Five-plus years leading retail teams
Experience leading at least 50 employees
Experience managing a $30-million-plus big-box store
Five-plus years reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Ability to commute to Calgary store locations
