As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will support forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, adherence, intraday management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Design workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
Build microservices for forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and adherence
Develop accessible workforce applications with React and TypeScript
Define REST APIs through OpenAPI contracts and versioning standards




Integrate WFM capabilities with CX, ACD, HR, and payroll systems
Requirements: Eight or more years of full-stack software development experience
Robust workforce management knowledge, including forecasting and scheduling
Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, REST, security, and persistence experience
Frontend experience with React or Angular and TypeScript
Experience designing microservices and event-driven distributed services
