As Production Manager, you will manage supplier relationships while coordinating product development and production execution. The role supports customer-focused assortments across Bedding, Bath, Beauty, Footwear, Accessories and Handbags. Success requires negotiation, manufacturing knowledge, commercialization expertise and effective collaboration with Merchandising and Design.
Key Responsibilities: Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and production capabilities
Ensure quality, cost and delivery objectives are achieved
Coordinate assortments with Merchandising and Design partners




Identify and mitigate sourcing and production risks
Improve supplier performance and overall cost efficiency
Requirements: Five to seven years’ experience in retail production or sourcing
Experience partnering with Merchandising and Design teams
Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
Ability to negotiate cost of goods and manage suppliers
Solid communication, organization and project management skills
Apply retail sourcing, supplier negotiation and commercialization expertise to deliver Giant Tiger assortments with dependable execution.
