Lead strategic operations for Instacart Online Grocery remotely across Canada, partnering with the General Manager through executive communication and program management.
As Chief of Staff, you will support a product and R&D; organization of approximately 200 people. You will improve operating rhythms, decision-making, planning, and organizational health. The work spans product, design, research, engineering, and technical program management while serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Own leadership meetings, business reviews, planning reviews, and communications
Improve decision frameworks, clarify priorities, and track commitments
Prepare executive briefings and coordinate research for key meetings
Drive annual planning and ambiguous priority programs
Partner with HR and finance on headcount budgets
Requirements: 10+ years of qualified experience
Direct, adjacent, or Chief of Staff R&D; experience
Executive experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or finance
Exceptional communication, analytical, and program management skills
Ability to travel 10%
