As Schedule Risk Manager with PCL Constructors Inc., you will support corporate planning and scheduling operations. The position works with Integrated Construction Services, PCL Legal, Commercial Risk groups, counsel, experts, and project teams. Your work addresses time-related disputes, complex contracts, schedule standards, reporting systems, and risk assessment across construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Support project planning, scheduling operations, resources, and performance
Mitigate schedule risks during high-risk pursuits and project setup
Guide teams through time-related disputes and claims




Administer complex contracts and review bid documents
Develop schedule risk assessments, standards, and reporting systems
Requirements: Seven-plus years of progressive construction experience
Five-plus years leading projects and teams
Postsecondary education in business, engineering, or construction management
Contract administration, claim resolution, and delay analysis experience
Solid negotiation, judgment, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Apply construction expertise, schedule analysis, and contract risk judgment to major PCL projects and corporate needs.
