This Senior Software Engineer role focuses on complex backend systems, performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. You will shape technical direction while delivering services for analytics, exports, reporting, and AI-powered features. Collaboration spans product, data, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design complex distributed backend systems at scale
Develop services supporting reporting and actionable insights
Collaborate on AI-powered data-driven product features
Ensure data quality, privacy, governance, and compliance
Research tools and frameworks supporting engineering innovation
Requirements: Five or more years in enterprise backend engineering
Robust systems design and fault-tolerance expertise
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Kafka or Pub/Sub ingestion technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
