You will direct the Quality organization, maintain regulatory compliance, and build a shared culture of quality excellence. Key Responsibilities: Set quality direction and reinforce Bell’s vision across Mirabel
Maintain compliance with QMS, AS9100, AS9102, and BPS
Lead quality resources and cross-functional collaboration
Analyze performance indicators and facilitate corrective action boards
Oversee audits, inspections,



escapes, and corrective measures
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, logistics, or related field
Minimum 10 years’ aerospace manufacturing quality experience
Knowledge of aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
Proven success developing empowered, high-performing quality teams
Fluency in French and English required
