Apply experience across products, distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, or compliance. Use process optimization, change management, and platform implementation knowledge to shape client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze current states, root causes, insights, and future-state solutions
Support digital transformation across the Life value chain
Deliver high-quality client outputs independently and on time




Lead client meetings and facilitate decision-making discussions
Mentor others and contribute to practice-building efforts
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
At least five years of relevant Life Insurance experience
Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies
Ability to collaborate across global delivery resources
Work authorization in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship
