Lead Power BI and SQL analytics for Alexion in Mississauga, with minimum three days weekly in the office and adaptable working arrangements.
As Manager, Analytics & Reporting, you will support the US Commercial business across Specialty Pharmacy, Trade & Distribution, inventory, and related channels. Build trusted dashboards, semantic models, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, DAX, and Power Query. Partner with Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Market Access leaders to define measures, translate requirements, and enable self-service insights.
Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end Specialty Pharmacy and Trade analytics solutions
Build scalable dashboards, semantic models, and scorecards
Define measures with cross-functional commercial leaders
Analyze trends, exceptions, inventory risks,



and data anomalies
Maintain reporting governance, controls, lineage, and documentation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, business, or related field
Five or more years of relevant analytics experience
Strong Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, DAX, and Power Query expertise
Experience with large datasets, data modeling, and dashboard performance
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
Apply analytics leadership, Power BI expertise, and commercial data knowledge to deliver trusted decision support for Alexion.
