As Director, Finance, you will lead finance activities supporting Provident10’s pension administration and investment management. The mandate includes investment fund accounting, reporting controls, private-market reporting, fee monitoring, foreign tax recovery, and financial analysis. You will also advise leaders and support governance bodies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead pension fund investment accounting and financial reporting activities
Oversee portfolio reconciliation, valuation, performance reporting, and controls
Monitor investment systems, fees, private markets, and foreign tax recovery




Provide analysis for Board and committee investment reporting
Coordinate audit responses and maintain financial governance frameworks
Requirements: CPA designation and relevant undergraduate degree
Eight to twelve years of progressive finance experience
Solid knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements
Expertise in controls, audits, financial governance, and modelling
Exposure to pensions, institutional investments, or complex portfolios preferred
Use investment accounting, reporting oversight, and analytical leadership to strengthen Provident10’s pension fund financial stewardship.
