As an Operations Research Engineer, you will support the Workforce Management product stream. You will transform business requirements into optimization models and production services. Your work will address forecasting, scheduling, staffing, coverage management, and resource allocation through constraint programming and software engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Research optimization models for contact center workforce planning
Implement schedule optimization using OR-Tools and CP-SAT
Formalize business rules into maintainable constraint models




Build production solver services meeting latency targets
Validate algorithm performance, scalability, and accuracy
Requirements: Six or more years designing production optimization solutions
Production experience with OR-Tools or comparable solvers
Knowledge of linear, integer, or stochastic optimization
Experience solving workforce or resource scheduling problems
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++
Build enterprise optimization services with OR-Tools, constraint programming, and workforce scheduling expertise at Miratech.
