As Associate Director, you will support origination and lead high-profile syndicated loan transactions. The work combines due diligence, complex financial modelling, lender communication, and market distribution. You will contribute directly to transaction outcomes and the team's market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Assist Corporate Banking and Investment Banking syndication origination
Conduct due diligence and in-depth credit analysis
Structure, negotiate, and price syndicated loan facilities
Prepare CIMs, lender presentations, and financial models
Manage book-building,



lender interest, allocations, and pricing
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
Three to five years' relevant syndications or finance experience
Solid credit analysis and PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
MBA, CFA, or relevant designation is an asset
Bring credit analysis, financial modelling, and transaction leadership to ATB's corporate loan syndications practice.
