This senior transportation engineering leadership role spans technical delivery, commercial management, client relationships, and people leadership. You will oversee roadway and highway assignments from concept development through detailed design and construction support. The work includes provincial authorities, municipal clients, transit infrastructure, and major capital programs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead roadway and highway design from concept through construction support
Direct multidisciplinary coordination across transportation engineering interfaces
Manage submissions, technical reviews, approvals, and stakeholder coordination
Monitor schedules, budgets,
design risks, and project opportunities
Develop transportation programs and client relationships across Eastern Canada
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Ontario Professional Engineer registration or eligibility
15-20 years of progressive transportation engineering experience
Solid highway and municipal roadway expertise
Experience managing transportation projects, portfolios, and technical professionals
