This Senior Project Manager directs complex construction, service, and general contracting work from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate engineering, safety, quality, logistics, subcontractors, vendors, and internal partners. The position also manages project changes, forecasts, billing, collections, cash flow, and overall financial outlook while protecting company interests.
Key Responsibilities: Direct concurrent projects and maintain detailed project schedules
Track costs, revenue, gross profit, billing, and collections
Coordinate crews, materials, permits, and available resources




Assess risks and implement timely response strategies
Document communications with customers and project partners
Requirements: 10+ years managing industrial or heavy commercial contracts
Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture degree preferred
Understanding of electrical, pipefitting, rigging, and structural trades
Solid document control and closeout organization
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
