This Vice President-level developer leads application analysis, design, and programming across regulatory-driven systems. You will support margin calculations for OTC bilateral derivatives and optimization using VaR, SIMM, and Credit Stress models. The work includes enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and collaboration with technology and Quant teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead application systems analysis, design, and programming activities
Assess operations, risks, redundancies, and complex business processes
Develop solutions through comprehensive technical assessments




Oversee software quality and system modifications
Coordinate projects against development and governance standards
Requirements: Eight or more years of hands-on application development experience
Java, Spring, Kafka, and Apache Ignite knowledge
Oracle experience, with MongoDB preferred
Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift application experience
VaR, SIMM, and risk calculation understanding preferred
Bring capital markets technology leadership, Java development, and risk systems knowledge to Citi’s margin platforms.
