Lead Sephora’s Spring Garden store in Halifax with sales forecasting, people development, and an outstanding client service focus. This is a full-time, in office position.
As Store Director, you oversee client service, sales, productivity, merchandising, operations, and human resources. Reporting to the District Manager, you lead Managers and Leads while maintaining Sephora concepts, culture, objectives, and policies. Your work supports profitability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager
Monitor sales results and communicate with staff
Recruit, interview, and hire store employees
Coach Managers and Leads through development meetings
Conduct inventories and address inventory concerns
Requirements: Minimum five years of senior management experience
Beauty, retail, or customer service industry experience
Experience coaching high-performing teams
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring business acumen, coaching expertise, and sales leadership to Sephora’s Halifax store while supporting teams and client experiences.
