This full time, permanent Manufacturing Engineer supports high-volume production in a plant environment. You will improve quality, efficiency, and safety through process design, equipment selection, and production stabilization. The work involves collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Program Management, suppliers, and product development engineers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop manufacturing methods, tooling, equipment, and assembly processes
Design automation that improves production efficiency and quality
Introduce products from process design through stable production




Select equipment and coordinate maintenance to reduce downtime
Maintain documentation and train production staff
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
Seven-plus years of shop floor manufacturing engineering experience
Automotive industry experience preferred
Strong equipment knowledge and CAD experience
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, analytical, and communication skills
Use automation, CAD, and manufacturing expertise to stabilize Windsor production of safety-critical automotive powertrain components.
