The HSE Manager implements Global and North American HSE standards throughout an assigned region. This field-based partner supports operations leadership and North America HSE Management. The role addresses compliance, operational risks, incident management, training, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Implement Global and North American HSE programs regionally
Conduct site inspections, audits, and workplace assessments
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
Facilitate hazard identification and risk assessments
Prepare monthly and quarterly HSE summaries
Requirements: Three-plus years occupational health and safety experience
Diploma or degree in a related field
Knowledge of regional occupational health and safety legislation
Solid investigation, coaching, and communication abilities
Ability to travel up to 50% regionally
Apply regional HSE leadership, auditing, investigation, and risk assessment expertise to support ALS operations and compliance performance.
