As an Immigration Caseworker, you will manage Canadian immigration files under lawyer supervision. Your work will span temporary and permanent residence applications, including work permits, study permits, visitor applications, and spousal sponsorships. You will also support complex matters while developing broader immigration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage temporary and permanent residence applications
- Review forms, packages, documents, and missing information
- Assist lawyers with complex immigration matters and submissions
- Communicate with clients about documents, next steps, and updates




- Monitor deadlines, portals, progress, and outstanding requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of practical Canadian immigration law experience
- Experience preparing applications, forms, and supporting documentation
- Familiarity with IRCC portals and online filing systems
- Robust attention to detail identifying errors and inconsistencies
- Ability to communicate directly with clients and work independently
