Lead customer service and store operations as a Store Leader Trainee at 7-Eleven in Creston, British Columbia. Full time work develops supervisory capability.

You will support the store leadership team while learning 7-Eleven’s business. The position focuses on merchandising, marketing, profitability, employee development, customer care, and daily store standards. Previous supervisory experience is welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L; and store reports to affect change
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards promotion
- Maintain clean, safe, presentable, in-stock store conditions

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience is welcomed
- Ability to develop leaders and encourage employee productivity
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
