Revolve Staffing seeks a qualified Occupational Therapist for temporary rehabilitation services at Hillside Village. You will assess physical, functional, and mobility needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions. The work supports resident-centred care through collaboration with families, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical, functional, and mobility assessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Provide interventions improving strength, balance, mobility, and daily activities
- Recommend adaptive equipment, mobility aids, and environmental modifications
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care conferences
Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited institution
- Current CHCPBC registration and good standing
- Solid assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Resident-centred approach with strong clinical reasoning
