Deliver one-to-one home care with The Care Company across Toronto and surrounding Ontario communities. Use personal care and daily living support to help clients remain safely at home.

As a Personal Support Worker, you will support clients in homes and community settings throughout Toronto, the GTA, and Central and Central East Ontario Health atHome regions. Your work will include personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accurate documentation. You will work independently while collaborating with families, nurses, Care Coordinators, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, and feeding assistance
- Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises




- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and care plans
- Observe changes and report concerns to the care team
- Document care accurately, thoroughly, and promptly

Requirements:

- Recognized Personal Support Worker certification or qualifying international education
- Valid CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS 2015 certifications
- Recent negative TB test and required screening documentation
- Effective English communication, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work safely and independently in client homes
