Lead regulatory permits and approvals for KMJV’s Bloor-Yonge project in Toronto, coordinating complex infrastructure requirements with project teams.The PLAA Manager leads planning, coordination, and delivery of permits, licences, approvals, and agreements. This full time position serves as the single accountability point for compliance. It works with design, construction, and project controls teams to secure approvals on schedule and integrate them into delivery.Key Responsibilities:
