Role Overview
Voltus wants a Customer Success Associate to onboard energy customers. Only open to applicants who can work from the United States or Canada. Base salary is $70,000 to $74,000.This role is only open to applicants who live and are authorized to work in the United States or Canada. Voltus does not sponsor visas.Factories and warehouses earn cash by cutting power use when the grid is tight, but first someone has to get each site connected and ready. The Customer Success Associate owns that journey from signed contract to a live site.About Voltus

Run onboarding projects end to end and keep every site's status current,



with a goal of getting sites live in under 100 daysWork with site contacts and operations leads on curtailment plans, documents and installationHand work cleanly between Sales, Field Engineering, Market Operations and Dispatch OperationsSupport customers through dispatch events and follow up when a site underperformsSpot sticking points in onboarding and improve templates and handoffsAbout You
2+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, onboarding, implementation, account management or project managementA record of owning projects with many moving parts and stakeholdersComfort setting honest expectations with customersExperience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, plus Google Workspace and ExcelReal interest in the energy transitionWhat Voltus Offers
