At Baptist Housing, this casual Resident Services Assistant serves Hallmark on the Park and Hallmark on the Lake. You will support Assisted Living and Independent Living communities while assisting residents, families, visitors, and the business office. The work includes Microsoft Word and Excel, resident records, inquiries, and emergency calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled reception by phone and in person
Respond to medical emergencies, primarily by contacting 911
Complete office duties, filing, supplies, and equipment maintenance
Maintain confidential databases and accurate tenancy records
Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and transitions
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation
Basic accounting and Microsoft Word/Excel training
Emergency First Aid – Community Care training
Minimum three years’ relevant experience or equivalent training
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bring organized administration, confidentiality, and compassionate service to residents and guests across Baptist Housing communities.
