Job Summary

Duties
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety regulations and sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
Assist with setting up dining spaces for service and special events
Respond promptly to customer inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Follow proper food safety protocols and hygiene practices at all times

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred




Familiarity with food handling procedures and restaurant operations is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
Experience working in quick-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication skills to ensure clear interactions with customers and team members
