Overview

Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess scope of repairs needed
Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines
Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to understand repair requirements and timelines
Assist customers through the claims process and provide updates on vehicle status
Upsell additional services or repairs that may benefit the customer while maintaining integrity
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Maintain organized records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Experience




Proven experience in customer service within an automotive setting
Ability to perform accurate sales and upselling techniques
Familiarity with automotive repair processes, insurance claims, and estimating software is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately

Pay: $45,437.24-$65,000.00 per year
