The work combines team development, project delivery, groundwater investigations, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Projects include environmental assessments, mine water management, water supply development, permitting, and closure planning.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support hydrogeologists and scientistsCoordinate resourcing and workload planning with project leadersOversee drilling, well installation, monitoring,



and hydraulic testingDevelop conceptual hydrogeological models for project decisionsReview technical analyses, reports, scopes, and proposalsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in hydrogeology, geoscience, or related disciplineApproximately seven to ten years of relevant experienceProfessional registration as a P.Geo. or P.Eng. in British ColumbiaExperience with aquifer testing, GIS, and hydrogeological interpretationWillingness to travel for Canadian field investigationsApply technical leadership, groundwater expertise, and mentoring experience to Stantec’s growing hydrogeology practice across British Columbia.
