The Environmental Manager provides strategic leadership for environmental programs, the Environmental Management System, regulatory compliance, and industrial hygiene. This senior role develops standards, oversees risk management, and supports sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives. Success requires partnership with operational leaders, senior executives, regulators, and external stakeholders.

Oversee audits, permits, reporting, incidents, and corrective actions
Develop environmental objectives,



KPIs, and action plans
Advise leaders on environmental risks and opportunities
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in environmental or related discipline
8-12 years of progressive environmental management experience
3-5 years in leadership, supervision, or program management
Experience developing environmental management and compliance systems
Experience managing municipal, provincial, and federal compliance
